TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Buyer(s) consent to the following Terms and Conditions: Beauty 95's (herein after " Beauty 95 & quot; and/or "Seller") acceptance of Buyer's orders is expressly made conditional on Buyer's assent to these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties, the terms and conditions set forth on this credit/buyer application, order confirmation and/or invoice supersede the terms and conditions of the Buyer's purchase order(s) and will govern all transaction between the Buyer and the Seller. These terms and conditions also apply to all future transaction unless modified in writing signed by all parties. Seller specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supersede these terms and conditions. Buyer's acceptance of goods delivered by Seller in conjunction with this invoice, credit/buyer application, or order confirmation is an acknowledgement by Buyer of its acceptance of these terms and conditions

Pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
We accept money order, or Visa and Master Card credit cards. (No American Express and Discover Card). We prefer bank wire transfer at ‘Bank of America.”  For international customers we only accept only wire transfer payment

We do not accept COD payments.

International Orders
International orders must be fully pre-paid.


Delivery
We make every effort to stock items for immediate delivery.
In the event that an item is out of stock, it usually will ship within 3 to 7 weeks.
Despite our best efforts, orders do not always ship complete. Special requests concerning backorders should be noted in writing when the order is placed.
Additional fees will be incurred for inside deliveries, gate lift deliveries, and residential deliveries (special delivery fees will be added to the invoice after delivery).

Damages
It is important that you count and inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. Any merchandise with visible damage must be noted to the delivery service upon receipt in your warehouse. Damages must be reported within five (5) business days to our office.
For freight collect shipments, The Beauty 95 will make every effort to provide information and assist in the completion of your claim.

Returns
All returned merchandise must be authorized by a Beauty95 customer service representative. Returns must be advised within 7 days and returns must be made within 2-weeks of receiving return authorization number, in the original packaging. No credit will be provided for returns after this. To return merchandise please contact to our customer services department services@beauty95.com  for a return authorization number. Returns cannot be accepted without a prior return authorization number. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

Shipping Information

Orders will generally be shipped within 1~3 business days after receipt of full payment depending on the availability of goods. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

One of our sales personnel will calculate the shipping cost and add to the order at the time of processing. In this case, please indicate in the notes section of your order, if you want to be advised of the shipping cost in advance of the order being processed.

The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs from incorrect addresses or refused shipments.

The correct amount will be charged to your credit card when there is an adjustment on the invoice.

Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless otherwise specified.

A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. We do not ship APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses in the States.

Agreement and Acknowledgement:

Buyer(s) have carefully read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Buyer authorizes Beauty 95 to verify the credit of the Company and/or the individual(s) whose signature(s) appears on this or the other documents specified above. Buyer and Guarantor(s) authorize its bank(s) and/or business references to release credit information of Buyer and for Guarantor(s) as requested by Beauty 95. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
